New Park Rules
New Park Rules were recently adopted!
- Entry is by gate key only. Gate may never be blocked open.
- Registered Residents are required to:
- Accompany family, friends, and guests at all times while using the park. (Any person not accompanied by a Registered Resident is considered Trespassing, including minors and young people of a Registered Resident).
- Prevent damage by guests to the park, beach area and rocks.
- The maximum guest count per Registered Resident is limited to 8, unless permission has been requested and granted for a larger group.
- Restroom code is for Registered Resident’s use only.
- Only a Registered Resident’s pet is permitted and the pet must be always on a leash.
- The Gazebo area is open to all Registered Residents unless a reservation by a Registered Resident has been requested and written approval has been provided by NWC. NWC will post a reservation notice 24 hours in advance.
- Registered Residents may reserve the gazebo area by contacting NWC 15 days in advance. Beach area is first come first serve for Registered Residents and their guests only.
- All tables are for sitting only. The long tables under the gazebo must stay on the concrete pad.
- Do not overfill trash containers. Excessive trash is to be packed out by Registered Resident with self-provided trash bag(s).
- NO motorized vehicles or watercraft are permitted in the park or on the beach at any time. Motorized watercraft must be a minimum of 50 feet offshore. Law Enforcement may be notified of violations.
- NO fireworks, firearms, alcoholic beverages, bonfires, or illegal substances allowed.
- Registered Residents may contact the Law Enforcement number below for trespassing, illegal activity, unaccompanied minors, and motorized vehicles within 50 feet of the beach shore. Be prepared with a clear description of person(s) or watercraft, and photo(s) showing watercraft and numbers if possible.
- Before contacting Law Enforcement, Registered Residents MUST have legal proof of Mill River address and an official numbered gate key on their person.
- The Registered Resident and or Owner of Tenant property may be fined for violations.
